About Jesus Peiro Wedding Dresses
Jesus Peiro dresses combine modern bridal trends with a timeless feel. They are both cutting-edge and classic at the same time.
Lead designer Merché Segarra, who designed her own Communion dress when she was only eight years old, is renowned for creating romantic dresses with a whimsical aesthetic. Her dresses are elegant and sophisticated, yet practical. And her designs have a distinct identity that can be described as contemporary classic, with occasional flashes of high-fashion flair.
The studio has a deserved reputation for delivering a high-quality finish and meticulous attention to detail. Each dress is made by hand by highly-skilled dressmakers, who take huge pride in creating exquisite dresses that aren’t far off haute couture. When you choose a Jesus Peiro dress, you’re choosing a wedding gown made by a close-knit team whose goal is to make the brides who wear their dresses joyously proud.
You can choose dresses from two Jesus Peiro collections at Say I Do.
For Jesus Peiro’s 2024 collection, called ‘35’ to commemorate the studio’s 35th anniversary, Merché designed dresses that each have their own character and detailing. She wants women who wear her dresses to look in the mirror and see the bride they always dreamed of being.
She hopes “you can become that romantic, minimalist, trendy, or ceremonious bride you have always dreamed of, and that you will enjoy your wedding day with the delicate and confident touch that a Jesus Peiro dress brings.”
For Jesus Peiro’s 2025 collection, called Lumière (Light), Merché decided to contrast more voluminous fabrics with lighter, more transparent ones by playing with light. This approach allowed her to create new shapes that reinterpret the silhouette of a dress in a groundbreaking way. The layering of fabrics is highlighted by the use of a veil, creating a third dimension to each dress.
In Jesus Peiro’s own words, “Lumière is the luminous bride. A radiant expression of femininity and joy. The glimmer of light beneath a veil. Here comes the bride. The world aglow in her presence.”
And one thing you can always rely on Jesus Peiro for: the studio is constantly pushing the boundaries of wedding dress design, looking to be a trendsetter rather than a trend-follower.
